So I’ve had my basilisk ultimate for a while now (with no complaints at all) and I recently lost the dongle that came with it. I did some research, ordered a replacement, and downloaded the pairing utility app. I received the new dongle and started to use the app; step 1 went fine when I plugged in the dongle. for step 2, i plugged in my mouse (with the usb cable that came with it) but the app wont recognize it. So I'm stuck on step 2.
Any suggestions or recommendations?
