Payment Pending after successful payment

After I made payment by PayNow, it states on the Transaction History that its pending. I already contacted my bank and they told me its the razer side. Anyone can help me?

I made a payment yesterday, it deducted from account but till now the transaction history shows that the payment is pending, its been over 15hrs now, what could be the problem??
