Payment Status: Error occurred during transaction.

Hi, I've been in contact with Razer support, trying to send my laptop in for repair. Since I'm no longer within the warranty period, they've sent me a quotation to pay in order to receive a shipping label/instructions. When I hit the "Buy Now" button, a popup briefly opens, then closes. An error message then pops up saying "Payment Status: Error occurred during transaction." Has this hapened to anyone else? How do I pay properly? Thanks!
