Payment Success for Top Up but no RazerGold received, pending status

Top Up and payment success, money deduct from my Credit Card..but transaction state pending and no razer gold received. Contacted Customer Service but so useless, ask to cancel of the transaction since it doesn’t reflect anything and pending, so I can top up with other payment method again, but Customer Service say cannot. It is their protocol to inform their stupid team which need wait minimum 2-3 working days! 

 

Provided all documentations, transaction numbers and reference numbers to the customer service but keep telling me wait Razer team to reply. it useless even they reply after 2-3 working days (Read other people pending status...razer team only reply after 10-15 days later). I rushing this for event which will lapse before Sunday, this is really so ridiculous. I think after this, really better I top up directly to the game website without using Razer since customer service not helping out. No point risking it as usually need rush for event.

It happened the same to me, the customer support never replied

I recharged the game but kept waiting and waiting but it never came to my account. They replied to my gmail and told me that it was solved but it was not
