I have tried a lot, i´ve got a headache because of this problem. When i turn on the headsets and connect the dongle in usb mode it don´t recognise it. The headsets are connected with dongle but not with the pc.
I don´t know if it´s a driver problem or compatibility. I tried to search but there isn´t any driver for this headsets.
Need help to solve this problem!!

Got the same issue, works on other devices but not my PC, even using a USB to C wont work. Same model as well.

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. If it does, drop me a message via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds.
