PC isn't picking up Tiamat 2.2

I got the Tiamat 2.2 v2 headset as a birthday present a few months ago and my PC doesn't seem to pick up the headset as an audio or recording option. I've tired putting the audio splitter through every possible port in my PC and still nothing works. I don't really know what else I can do. I've updated my motherboard's audio drivers and still nothing.

    Hi there! Have you tried using it with another device to see if the same issue persists? Also, please share a screenshot of the Recording tab of your Sound settings.
