PC not starting with DeathAdder v2

Hey,

i buyed a Deathadder v2 in a local store, i really like it, its the best i ever had.

now after about 2 weeks mc pc doesnt started anymore. the PSU, Case, and CPU-Fan's are all starting, but it doesnt show-up anything on the monitor, not even the boot-menu. i started to remove all cables and check what is the problem. saw it was the deathadder.

is this a hardware or software problem? as if i plug it in if already booted, it works perfectly.

actually dont really want to return it. it also destroyed my whole os, had to reinstall my full windows.

any fixes, or anyone had this as well?
