Pending Transaction after an update

Hello everyone, I would like to ask if your have encountered a scenario like mine where I bought a diamond and paid the said amount and the site suddenly has error, so my transaction has been on "processing" for how many hours. How many hours should I wait until it become successful? Thank you. I' new here.
