permanently disabling internal keyboard

i deleted the drivers and changed the settings not to updat automatically b ut it still comes back. it spazzes out spamming keys and tab ands its very annoying to have to open device manager and uninstall the drivers every time i want to use my computer. my razer laptop has been nothing but trouble since i got it. it loves to restart for no reason. it did so while i was writing this message. i sent it in when it was wunder warranty and it took SO LONG to get it back and they didnt fix anything.
