First rma I spent weeks to get an rma. Paid for an advanced replacement. 2 weeks for that to get here. Then a month fighting with you to get my refund AFTER the warehouse gets it. Every agent says wait 2-3 days. Finally had to reverse payment to credit card. Fast forward. USB port dies Again. Rma. Get dicked around a bit. Finally they say they will waive diagnostic fee and labor. Replied you can't fix USB so it will be 300$ for a replacement. Laughable. I ask to have it sent back then. No reps once for 8 days now. WTF seriously this is how you treat a customer. With literally all razer products on his PC.
