Phone keeps freezing

My phone 2 keeps freezing but in a different manner. Only happens when I have a video playing. The entire screen will freeze but the background sounds will continue. I have received the message that System UI is not responding and if I want to wait or cancel. Once the screen freezes I hold the power button to restart and everything starts working again until I decide to watch a video. Usually it a video that's between text, like a news page not YouTube. I have gone as far as doing a factory reset and that did not correct the problem. I have two Razer Phone 2's and it is happening to both. Makes me believe that it's a software issue. I'm in the process of returning one phone and have activated my 2nd (brand new) phone and it is also doing the same thing when I'm skimming through Facebook or the news and there are videos playing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I got my phone for 8 days and it hangs usually when i unlock my phone. Is it a sd card problem or software problem? Can someone help me please?

I tried the hard reset and everything seems to be fine after that.

I have a video but why don't I have an option to upload it. Im only given the option to upload pictures or videos from a site but directly from my files.
