Hi, My name is Danial and I was wondering why is my 3.5mm cable is not working when I plugged it in both my phone and my Razer Barracuda X headphone. I bought this headphone yesterday and it was delivered to me today so it's still new. When I plugged in the cable the sound of device came out from the speaker and not from the headphone so I was wondering if the Razer staff could help me with this.Thank You
