i got a brand new razer deathadder v2 mini but it stops randomly working while still being connected to my pc
please help me

Howdy,
Try updating your mouse’s firmware by following the steps below:
- Search “Device Manager” from the Windows search bar.
- Click on “Mice and other pointing devices”.
- Right-click on your Razer mouse > “Uninstall device”.
- Click on “Human Interface Devices”.
- Right-click on your Razer mouse > “Uninstall device”.
- Restart your computer.
- The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts.
You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t work, then shoot me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can look for other troubleshooting steps.
