Please help me (I'm a newbie go easy on me )

So I bought an Ornata v2, Viper, and Gigantus v2 XXL. The Ornata and Viper aren't showing up in Synapse (2.0 or 3; Macro recording works as far as I can tell, but they don't show up in Chroma). Tried deleting and reinstalling, and tried removing the drivers and stuff (although I'm not sure if I did that properly). Any tips? Also, the viper is having some serious delay/drift; it can take a few seconds for it to register inputs, and moving anything farther than ~120 degrees causes it to spin. Any ideas on why? I was thinking it might just be cause I have a really bad laptop and the connectivity isn't great, but I'm not sure. Thanks for your time!
