Please help... No games found in Mixer tab

I just bought a Blackshark V2 Pro headset I was able to pair it with no problems however when I go to the mixer tab and turn on Spatial audio there are no games or programs detected by the app.Also, when I try to manually add a program nothing happens. I tried reinstalling the app to no avail. Also I made sure that my default audio device is the THX Speakers in windows sound options. Please help any information that may lead to solving this will be very much appreciated.

    After connecting the Blackshark V2 Pro in the Synpase > Sound > Sound Properties (bottom left) Open Windows Sound Properties Can you check if the THX Spatial-Synapse is showing as Default and enabled

      @carVividOrangedirect818 Please make sure that THX Spatial - Synapse is set as the default playback device as shown in the photos shared by @jakw0lf.
