Please help Razer Cortex Installer is not working on my pc.

I try to open the file and it opens after i click yes but then it will just close out after showing a little command station looking thing pops up for half of a second.

ok how will i find said logs, I am still relatively new to cortex and this issue is only happening on my pc it works on my laptop just fine so it may be a capability issue

  • Did you install Razer Cortex successfully? If yes, please try to update your WebView2 to the latest version.
  • If not, could you take a screenshot/video if possible to let us know what the error is?
