PLEASE HELP TONS OF ISSUES!!!!

OK so today has been a total nightmare. So i ordered a goliath extended mouse pad, Tartarus V2, Blackwidow elite, and a naga pro. keyboard and mouse worked fine. Plugged in the mat only to find out half the mat works properly. Soon as i plugged in the Tartarus V2 it would randomly make my mouse and keyboard stop working until i unplugged it. SOOooo i followed the guide to uninstall and reinstall synapse 3 and now it doesnt show up at all anymore...i uninstall again and it still doesnt show up and now this time i uninstall and now not only does tartarus not show up my docking port for wireless mouse isnt showing up anymore either. Its like they all showed up but then after uninstall now they dont show up. the only thing that shows up is my mouse and keyboard. I did notice it tried to install the tartarus v2, blackwidow elite, and naga pro in every catagory in device manager....they were all listed in HID, Keyboard, and Mouse and pointer devices. I have ran out of options seeing as i have now tried everything...now windows is even saying they last device plugged in was unable to detect and maybe malfuction or what ever.....there is tons of errors in my typing but its because i have never had 9hrs worth of troubles just from plugging in a game pad
