I used my viper ultimate for almost 4yrs. This is the first time that I have this issue. The Razer Synapse said my viper ultimate is charging but its battery percentage is not changing and slowly dying. e.g: The battery was about 80% but now is 76%
Could anyone help me with this? I try everything like reinstalled the software or any physical solutions, and none of them were useful.
