Please help with my return.

Hi there team,

I really hope you can help me here.

I'm looking to return my order and I did so returning it one day after receiving the controller, it's a great bit of kit however it just doesn't fit right in my hands hence the reason for the return.

DHL have now sent it back to me with a dangerous goods form saying the content description on the waybill is incorrect.

After speaking with DHL on the phone what they think has happened is they assumed it was literally a razor that you shave with, not a gaming controller, which is why it's tagged as incorrect content description.

Can you please send me another return label to my email address so I can send off the controller ASAP as I'm aware of the 14 day return period however I'm sure you can make exceptions for cases like this.

DHL is aware of this case from the phone call and have now put a further description that it is a gaming controller, not a razor.
