Need help plz. Razor gold top failed and amount already charged on my Visa Debit Card. I've raised a ticket but there's no response it's been 5 days now. Request anyone to look into this and help me getting my refund or razor gold top up completed. Thanks a ton. *Removed ticket number from public view.
If the transaction failed, then pre-authorization charges should fall off within seven days. Do send me your ticket number so I can check what's causing the holdup.
