Hello I don't want to bore you with any details and I will get straight to the point. In summer of 2019 I started university and I bought a Razer Blade 15 Advanced Edition with 2080 maxq and 9th gen processor. I watched lots of Dave2d and I'm an international student in Canada so razer blade excited me/felt like a great long term investment.

Sadly after 2-3 months of usage it started overheating like crazy and with time trackpad issues, screen completely dead, constantly needs restart etc. By the time problems started to become overwhelming it was march 2020 and there was already covid which made it very hard to return. By this time I could only play League of Legends bc all the other games would make the laptop run extremely hot and either throttle our have huge fps drops making the 4000$ machine a painful experience.

Even tho I needed the laptop(even in its terrible condition) I was forced to send it to razer service because at this point the battery completely died and literally started not being able to run League of Legends while plugged in.(my bare minimum expectation) and razer immediately sent me a new one(still under 1 year guarantee at this point) terrible terrible product but whatever razer gave me a new one great customer service i thought.(I've bought over 20+ razer peripherals over the years with great satisfaction)

So my new and current Blade arrived as a free replacement to my faulty model and this time after 5-6 months of usage it started to have extremely bad thermal performance and ovetheat. This is a brand new 10th gen i7 2080 maxq model bear in mind. The screen starts distorting and blacking out on its own making the computer unusable until a reboot. The trackpad is completely dead since the clicking mechanism is stuck somehow. I can't run anything other than League on it bc of how much it overheats. And now few hours ago the wifi card decided to go bust. I'm in the middle of my midterms for 4 different classes and my supposed supreme gaming machine can not even connect to the internet. This time it is just out of guarantee too.I'm stuck with a 4000$ machine that is so broken so faulty I can't begin to describe/dare to sale. Maybe I was very unlucky but it's 2/2 for me for horrible experiences with the Blade. I don't know what to do with the wifi card situation since I literally have an online exam tomorrow. Very disappointed. Feels very cheap... Thank you for reading
