Hello, I have a lot of problems with my Kiyron Pro. It doesn't show up in the app and I can't download the latest update. I've had it for 2 days

Are you referring to the Razer Synapse app? I’ll check for a firmware update after I validate it. Please send me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can look into this and provide some workarounds.
