plz help i tried to add my new razer mouse to the razer synapse and i checked the serial number sooo many times and it was the exact same as on the mouse but it is saying that the serial number is unknown and its the same one so plz help me or if ur a person working at razer i will pm u (if im able to) the serial number and u can put it into ur system
