I have the above laptop where the battery is now down to around 2 hours (from the original 5-6 hours).



Question: I can I get a new, original Razer battery for my laptop?

Thank you for coming back to me. Yes, I have tried the above mentioned steps, but the battery health has just become very bad now. Quite surprising after just 2-3 years in a premium product like Razer. So I believe a repair (i.e., battery replacement), would be the way to go. Is it possible to have the battery forwarded to me, so I don't need to let go of the laptop for a period of time?
