Possibly have a defective mouse.
On my Razer Naga Pro I've got Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V set to the left and right scroll wheel tilt. Every so often, in internet browsers, when I move the scroll wheel it changes the size of everything on screen, which can be done with Ctrl + Plus and Minus. I wonder is the wheel loose? Is this a problem with the mouse? I have just recently bought it from Amazon and can exchange.

Try to bind another set of macros, letters this time around. From there, test the scroll wheel on a notepad to check if it misregisters the macros. If it does, then you will want to get the mouse replaced by the reseller. Don't hesitate to send me a message if you need further assistance.
