My Razer Blade 15 2020 laptop is not booting up. When I turn it on, it is preparing Automatic Repairs and diagnosing a problem. It does not find any repairs and tells me to restart or look at advanced options.
If I try to go to advanced options and do a system restore or a reset, it bars me from doing that and says I do not have an administrator account.

I suggest you try the steps here for further isolation. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can start a case and forward your concern to the Software Team.
