Pro Click bluetooth not working.

Hello everyone, I have a Pro Click purchased from a Razer retail store in September of 2021. The bluetooth has stopped working. It continuously does the 2 blink cycle to show its in pairing mode but isn't recognized by any of my PC's. The 2.4ghz dongle still works but not the bluetooth. It was my understanding razer mice had a 2 year warranty but the website claims my warranty period has expired. Anyone has any success in fixing the bluetooth issue? and if not shouldn't my product still be under warranty?

Razer mouses have 2 years of limited warranty, so yes - it's still active.
