Pro click mini not connecting

My Pro click mini has stopped connecting to my laptop. I have fitted new batteries. I have been using the mouse via Bluetooth for a couple of years. For some time now the connection has been dropping and I have to  remove the device and then add again, but today whilst Bluetooth states that it is connected and working there is no movement. I have now tried connecting via WI-FI but this isn’t working either. Does anyone have any suggestions that I could try, or is it possible to get the mouse repaired in the UK. Thanks.

Try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers. You can also update its firmware. By the way, does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
