I recently purchased and have been trying to use the Razer Pro Type, but a few serious issues have prevented me from feeling like this was a worthwhile purchase:



1) many periods of connect/disconnect where the keyboard will not respond or function. Suddenly the light on #1 preset relights and everything works again....for awhile (via 2.4 connection).



2) Bluetooth connection so far is not working. Windows shows that the keyboard is detected, but the keyboard does not respond.



3) After disconnecting the cord for recharging, the next morning the keyboard was completely dead and needed recharging. Plugging the cord back in caused much of the pt 1 problems described above.



I think this keyboard is so problem laden that I need to return it and find something else unless someone is able to help me sort out solutions to these problems.
Please send me the serial number of your keyboard so I can look into possible firmware solutions. By the way, do you mind sharing a screenshot of your Windows version? I'd like to document these as detailed as I can so the Devs have more to work on.
