Pro Type Ultra bluetooth no longer working since latest Synapse 3 | Razer Insider
Skip to main content
I've updated my software to Synapse 3.7.1103.110716 and ever since my Pro Type Ultra Keyboard stopped working via bluetooth (USB Dongle & 2.4GhZ doesn't work either)

My Pro Click mouse works just fine.

The keyboard is shown in Synapse 3 when connected via USB. When BT is activated, it doesn't.

Win 11 Settings shows the keyboard is paired, but not connected. I uninstalled everything, removed both mouse and keyboard from Win 11, updated keyboard and mouse firmware and installed the synapse 3 software again. Mouse could be installed and paired and connected via bluetooth. Keyboard doesn't. Keyboard shows up when connected via cable. Can no longer be paired via bluetooth. Tried fn+1 and everything else. Windows shows unknown device and cannot pair. I also tried the 2.4GhZ USB Dongle connection utility but it didn't work either. But the USB-Dongle is not an option anyway since I don't have USB ports to spare. Keyboard is fully charged and works flawlessly when connected via cable.

Can anyone help? Anyone has any ideas?

Make sure to restart your PC after the Synapse update is complete. If you're still experiencing the same issue, perform a clean installation of Synapse by following the steps here. If that didn't help, let me know through PM so we can start a case and raise your concern to the software team. Thanks!
