Pro Type Ultra F Key Behaviour

By default, the F1-12 keys on the pro type ultra do not function as F-keys, instead as media keys and the like, with Fn having to be held to have them act "normally". I can see no way within Synapse other than manually remapping them in regular mode, bearing in mind they can't be remapped in hypershift mode (holding Fn), which would mean I'd completely lose media key functionality. This isn't really acceptable on a £150 keyboard. Is there something I'm missing?

    I ended up gifting the keyboard on to my brother. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
