Hi. Today, during normal operation (after three hours of being turned on), the RZ09-0483UEJ4 lost connection with the power supply. After a few minutes, the power supply started charging the battery again, and after a few more minutes, acrid smoke began to rise from the power supply. I immediately disconnected the power supply first from the laptop, and then unplugged it from the mains. The smoke stopped coming out of the power supply. The laptop works properly. The power supply model is RC-30-04840200.
I tried reporting this issue via mysupport.razer.com but unfortunately pressing the CHAT button takes me to the top of the page and the window does not open. I have tried three different browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Edge).
