Problem device with Nari Ultimate

Never had so many problems with those headphones. I'm a medium user of the web. I play a lot of games and i enjoyed with those kind of headphones. After the last update, i had kinda lot of problems with Nari Ultimate, without knowing the cause of the prfoblem. I already know that could be the firmware, or maybe restarting PC. The fact is, i already tried every kind of solution, many, many times. I tried to reinstalling drivers, rebooting PC, reinstalling Synapse 3 and THX Spatial Audio, tried the Dongle Revocery, but this time i always have this damned problem. The PC reveals my headphones, but i still cant hear nothing. No sound. Nothing of nothing. Hope you can help me soon to solve this problem. Thanks in advance
