I’m doing a purchase and it’s asking me to enter the 2 step authentication code but I’m not receiving anything via SMS. The second method is asking to enter one of the backup code which I don’t have any of them and to get them it also require the 2 step authentication code. I have submitted 5 tickets but no one is replying. now my money are stuck. any help ?
