Problem Razer Nari wireless

Good evening, I bought a pair of Razer Nari on January 5th 2021 and have been having trouble getting the headphones recognized for a few days. I have read a few reviews and I think I have found the problem. The problem apparently is the 2.4ghz sensor that is no longer recognized, every time I have to disconnect and reconnect it dozens of times to get it recognized. Now I can't stand it anymore, I spent a lot of money on this product and I have to admit that up to now it was money well spent but now the situation is unmanageable. Not even 2 months old and they already have problems, how do we solve my problem? Best regards
