hey there so i have been using my headset for like 6 monthes
it was super annoying since i got it to be fair
the range of the headset is like 4-5 meters of straight line but lets leave that aside ,
besides that even when im infront of the pc im getting those annoying beeps of losing signal and im working using the headset and it is very problematic paying for that so much money and ending up using my old headset because i cant work using it
things ive tried doing :
- change usb port
- change from usb port on back of the pc and on the front
- re-installing synapse
- different computers
- i even tried it on a different house on different pc
- using the head set cabled and not wireles
and its still happening
i think i still have warranty but i feel like its pointless cus last time i was using some other company headset and then i recieved like 2 new pairs extra cus of buggy headsets and u gotta do so much to receive the new one and even that didnt for that long ,,,
and to be fair ive seen many people experiencing the same problem
anyways if is there anything else that can be done to solve it or from support team of razer i would love to try cus atm i wasted so much money and i cant even use it properly ...
