Problem where the audio is always too quiet

I got a pair of Thresher ultimate headphones the other day, but now I have this problem where no matter how high I turn the volume, the audio is always so quiet it's practically inaudible. Has anyone else had this problem, or does anyone know how to fix it

    I've connected it to my Xbox one. The first day it worked just fine, and it only got too quiet after I recharged it for the first time, so I reckon I've just messed with the settings somehow without realising
