Problem with 7.1 Surround

Hello, I have a problem with the Blackshark V2X Headphones. So I got them yesterday, and everything was working quite fine, in the sound playback panel I could see the other device called "7.1 surround" or so,the 7.1 surround software was doing okay. Today I can't find the"7.1 surround" in the sound control panel anymore and the program is telling me that it is not working anymore because "7.1 surround" isn't enabled. I remember that I only tried updating the driver a few times and I checked the options from "exclusive mode" from the "Advanced" column and the "Enable Audio Enhancements" one but that would be it. Now I only see the "Realtek Audio" device as default and I checked the "Show disabled and disconnected device" and I still do not see the device anymore. Is there anything I can do?

Yes it worked fortunately, I did read this article beforehand but I did not see the "Show all devices" option. Thank you !
