Problem with Auto switching sound Device with Razer Synapse

Hi there, i'm a saler from a store of Hi-end Gaming Gear and PC parts, recently ,i sold a Razer Kraken Kitty Pink with new Razer THX spacial 7.1 mode and Stereo Mode which have a lot of other feature include with the Razer Synapse for my customer, but there is one problem when he use it to play Apex Legends (i'm not sure about other games cause the guy only play Apex Legends and get problem with it) ,there is a feature which auto switch between THX Spacial 7.1 and Stereo Mode when accessing Game or apps which support 7.1 or Stereo , so everytime he playing games, it just automatically switch to the Speaker for a few seconds and then switch back to the headphones , and in the process of switching, it cause the PC to stop,freeze in 3-5 seconds when playing games which is very annoying ,i have tried to support in many ways, disabled all unused device or even disable the THX Spacial , it keep auto switching to speaker while playing games , is there anyone encounter the same problem and have any solution to help me with this situation ? @DanteKA First of all, I would like to thank you for going far and beyond to help your customer out. This does sound like a memory leak issue. I would try to repair if not, clean install Synapse 3. But just to make sure that we're on the same page, how often does the switching happen per game?
