Problem with blackshark v2 pro 2023 audio problems when opening a game

Hello, I'm having problems with my blackshar v2 pro 2023, my problem is that my headset is working just fine while I'm using discord, youtube, netflix... but when I open any game (at least the ones I tryed so far) my volume go super high and the audio start craking, (not only the game audio but everything (discord youtube and any other thing I was using)). I tryed following some instructions in a few threads (reinstall the drivers and turning the exclusive audio on) and a few other things I found in reddit but nothing worked so far. (for a example I usualy have my volum in 32~40 but now if I open a game with the volum in 2 its even louder then before). if someone can help me I will be realy thankfull
