Problem with Blackwindow v2 and firefly

Hello every one, Before I start I need to say, english is not my fisrt language so I am sorry for any wrong frase. I have a keyboard blackwidow chroma v2 and mosepad firefly and the razer synapse Works very well ultil last week, I formatted my computador making a downgrade to Windows 7, after that the keyboard and the mousepad Works but without Collor and the razer synapse show error message saying "Please conect a chroma divece". I formatted my computer again to Windows 10 but I did not have sucess, they do not have the chroma (lights) and the synapse show me the same message. I bought a mouse razer abyssus chroma and the Collor Works normaly in the same computer but the synapse do not Works. Anyone have an idea, how can I sove this problems?
