Hello, when I want to choose to pair my mouse with the dongle, it says that I have to downgrade the firmware… So i cannot pair viper v3 hyperspeed with the dongle. Can you correctly update the synapse? So we can all pair our devices...

Try the Razer USB HyperSpeed Dongle Utility by clicking here. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
