I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE WAY YOU HAVE CUSTOMERS GET THE SERIAL NUMBER FROM THE LEFT SPEAKER ON THE HEADPHONES. After doing what was instructed to get the serial number by taking off the foam cover of the speaker it has left the speaker looking very sloppy with the loose fabric that looks bad and not like the right one with its cover tucked it very nicely. There should have been a different way to do this.
That's a bummer. Anyhow, you can also get the serial number from the box of the device itself. It is an alphanumeric combination, and it starts with "SN". Should you have other concerns, feel free to send me a PM.
