Problem with install Alexa modules. Please help

Hello I have setup razer synapse and install Alexa modules, i connecting to my amazon is ok but i cant Enable to use Razer Sysnape Skill in Smart Home store of Amazon. In All Devices of amazon alexa app i see my devices " Dao's Razer Synapse is offline but my pc still open and work with Razer Synapse 3.0. In Razer Synapse 3.0 i use command "Set chroma lighting brightness to 50%".... but alexa tell me she dont see any Devices for lighting. Please tell me how i can to fix ? Thank you

    Same issue here. I contacted Amazon but they said that Razer should fix it.

    Im having this problem been trying to sort it for a couple days now and no luck, razer has just had problem after problem lately for me its getting rediculous now why are we all spending money on all this stuff when razer dont care ?

    Please send me your computer's MSinfo, Razer Synapse logs, and a video showing the issue. Save the files via Google Drive or any online drive, then paste the link in your message. I’ll be locking this thread now. Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM.
