problem with my headphones


hello, first, i apologize for the spelling mistakes, i'm not english. So, i have a razer blade 15 base model with the gtx 1660 (model 2018) that i bought last year. Yesterday, i bought the razer kraken X but when I plug it in via the jack my computer doesn't detect any headphones. however, by selecting my speakers I can hear sounds but my microphone doesn't work. I plugged in my Razer kraken X on an other computer and it works perfectly, so i thought the problem was my driver So I have redownloaded the audio drivers linked to my pc on the razer site but that didn't change anything furthermore, I know that my headphones work because by selecting the basic microphone of my computer with my headphones plug in I manage to operate the microphone of my headphones (using the discord test for example) but that not all the time. I honestly don't understand anything anymore, I tried everything and it still doesn't work. I hope someone could help me this is very annoying for my online lessons because of the confinement. thank you and apologize again for the mistakes. martin
