Problem with my sound 7.1 Razer Kraken

When I start my PC, my sound seems to be heard very loudly, but then when I make a change within its configuration by "bugging it" the problem is fixed after the sound freezes for 2 seconds, the problem persists when I close and return to open the application. (I must do this for any application I want to use) Could someone please help me, before formatting my computer this did not happen. I want the sound to stay like when the bug occurs, if you can call it that. I have the Kraken x Lite, I use the 7.1 driver of the same headset.
