Problem with Nari Ultimate (Game/VoiceChat Balance)

Hello, i'm new here and buyed a Nari Ultimate HS yesterday. quiet a good Headset! but i got a lot of problems with it... first i can not configure the Game/Voice Chat balance. I can use it... but it changes only my game/PC volume down on the one side. if i scroll up the voice from my discord isn't louder. seems like discord isn't compatible? anyone with the same problem or any solution what i am doing wrong? second problem is, the microphone seems to have such a bad quality like iv'e never seen before... i searched in the web for solutions and disabled the enhancements in synapse. now it works but very quiet and still not at good quality. is that a driver problem? Thanks for helping me out :)

Hello there! Can you share a screenshot of your Sound settings? Please make sure that the Nari Ultimate - Game is set as the default device while the Nari Ultimate - Chat is set as the default communication device. As for the mic, have you tried using it with another device or PC?

hey :) i am using a standalone high quality mic instead of the razer mic, because it has too bad quality. my standard output device is THX Spatial Synapse. but in discord i use the Nari Ultimate Game as default because of the reverb effect from THX. do i have to change the Game Device to Nari Ultimate Game? because i like the sound of the THX Spatial :/ EDIT: Tested... i changed the main device to Nari Ultimate Game but it still doesnt works :( and do i must use the integrated Mic to use the Game/Chat Control?

Thanks for the reply. Have you tried using it with another PC to see if the same issue persists?

Thanks for letting us know. By the way, allow me to take over this thread as @Razer.RedPanda is not available. Please send me a PM together with your headset's serial number so we can check if we have a device-specific fix for the issue, let's continue from there.

i think i know why the chat balance doesn't work for me... As normal, i got 3 different devices with Razer Nari Ultimate, right? 1) THX Spatial 2) Nari Game 3) Nari Chat in windows i configured as default like this: Games: THX Spatial - (Works) Other Apps,Browser, Music Apps etc.: Nari Game - (Works) Discord/Teamspeak: Nari Chat (Not working!) Before i configured Discord and Teamspeak with Nari Game as default. that works. Thx Spatial is to much virtual surround... but it works too. Thats why i wonder that i can not configure the Game/Chat Balance.. because i only choosen the Game Device^^ But.... if i now choose nari Chat as Communication Device (Sound Output Discord/TS) it won't work. no sound.... if i click on test device... there pops up a message (The Device i busy, please make sure that no other applications are using this device.) Same in Discord... i can choose it. but no sound. Any Ideas what's my failure? Thats how i installed: -USB Dongle -> PC -Started PC - All Devices automaticly installed. -Installed Synapse. Ready. please Help me.. i really like this Headset... don't want to change it to another :/

ok. EDIT: i got it. just reinstalled everything. now it works :) the microphone quality is bad... but i use my standalone mic so its ok :)

Thanks for sharing! Please uncheck Ambient Noise Reduction under Razer Synapse 3.0's Mic Tab and right-click the volume icon at the lower right side of your screen and click on Sounds > Recording Tab > Properties > Advanced and select "1 channel, 16 bit, 44100 Hz (CD Quality)" and see if that improved your Mic quality.
