Hi. For some reason can't install drivers for a new Razer cynosa chroma .I already install synapse 3 but i always got the warning 'device driver was not found'.As you seen in the picture below.

Those two files failed to installed every time .I Run windows 7 64.The problem is auto update is disabled to download the drivers .Can you please send the files i need.

Hi. so after the new setup, it works great, i think maybe the windows registry was messed up ,anyway the keyboard works fine , the synapse too.:smile_: Ι decide to stay at win 7 because it runs better with some old programs.Compatibility thing.
That's good to hear! I love Win 7 too, however, please be aware that it reached ended its support last January 14, 2020. This OS version is vulnerable to security risks/viruses as it will not receive software and security updates. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.

Hi.I think i have problem with the firmware because auto download don't work on win 7 64, trying to install synapse 3 and every time i get the warning that those two drivers files failed to installed, plus my pc won't recognize the keyboard , i testing the keyboard on some other fresh install system with the same windows, we will see how it goes .
Sounds like a plan. I agree with this. Please test and update the keyboard's firmware by connecting it to a different computer, preferably, with Windows 10 and see if the same behavior persists. I'll wait for your follow-up.
