Hello,
a couple of months ago I purchased two razer gold PINs of 10 and 25 euros. When I tried to redeem them I was asked to complete an ID verification. In the process I accidentally submitted a wrong file and the verification failed. Now every time I try to redeem the PINs I get the following text “your amount exceeded the limit and for security reason, you will need to verify your identity.” when I click the button that says “verify” bellow the text it takes me to a page that says “We apologize for the inconvenience - your ID and address verification is in progress. Once this is completed, you will be able to continue with your purchase. If any further information is required, we will be in touch. We aim to complete all verifications within 24 hours.”. I have contacted razer support multiple times and they have not been able to help me, the last time I contacted them they did not even respond. It has been months now and I would really appreciate it if someone could help me find a solution.
