PROBLEM WITH RAZER KRAKEN

Hello, so i bought the razer kraken 7.1 V2 headset 5 months ago and they were awesome until few days ago my pc (not a new one it is the same) started not recognizing the headset. And when this happens i need to unplug and replug them back to the usb port (i tried all the usb port and they all work as when i plug my mouse it work/my doesnt has a problem) and after like 3-5 minutes it does it again and the sound and microphone stops working and i need to unplug and replug in order to work.

Hi there, @IsaakPanagi! Have you done some updates or changes on your computer? When it disconnects from your computer, do you hear a sound like a device manually unplugged?
